About Luke
Qualified Personal Trainer
I have over 10 years experience in training calisthenics and handstands. I have always prioritised bodyweight training, alongside weight lifting from a young age. As I got older my passion for calisthenics grew and I realised training in this style yielded more rewarding results both physically and motivationally.
Registered Nutritional Therapist
My knowledge and clinical experience in nutritional therapy are used in conjunction with personal training. By providing personalised dietary advice my clients achieve better results in the gym.
