What I Offer…

GET STRONGER

IMPROVE MOBILITY

My Journey

Like most my foray into calisthenics begun at home when I took it upon myself to start working out doing nothing but push-ups, pull ups and sit ups. As a skinny teenager my goal was to get bigger which is why I started incorporating free-weighted exercise using some pretty rudimentary equipment at home. At university I always maintained bodyweight exercises at the cornerstone of my training in the gym although my approach then was solely on getting bigger. My interest into calisthenics peaked when I began training on gymnastic rings at home which led me on a journey working towards more advanced bodyweight movements including handstands. I soon came to realise this style of training was more rewarding albeit more challenging than chasing the never ending goal of a perfect physique. Training calisthenics became a hobby to get as strong and as skilled with moving my bodyweight.
